Therese Cole-Hubbs, "The Wedding Designer" is one of the leading wedding coordinators in
the State of Texas. She has completed over 2500 weddings in her twenty-five professional
years. She has had the great opportunity to travel to many cities as well as abroad to
coordinate weddings. Her work has been spotlighted in several wedding and designer
magazines. Therese has served as a subject specialist for the Accrediting Commission of the
Distance Education and Training Council in Washington D.C. Her commitment to the

As “The Wedding Designer”, my goal is to have a unique sense of the total design of your wedding day. I believe that the wedding
design theory encompasses: bridal consultation, layout and personalization of the wedding ceremony, orchestration of the reception,
room design, decorative design concepts for ceremony and reception, food and beverage service supervision, coordination of your
wedding professionals and the artful negotiation of services.
I offer services that are both personal and flexible. Each wedding is a once in a lifetime, unique event. Each couple has its own
dreams, while families have their own ideas, not to mention friends and relatives. By combining these ideas together we turn dreams
into reality. While coordinating a wedding, I try to get a feel about the family and about family member’s ideas along with
requirements about various functions related with the pre-wedding, wedding and post-wedding festivities. We jointly arrive at the
theme/concept thus deciding the core and then individual functions are woven around it accordingly.
As “The Wedding Designer”, I consult, plan and coordinate with a network of service providers to bring you the very best and the latest
in the field, taking care of the minutest of details while allowing you to savor all the memorable moments each wedding brings with it.
My emphasis is on Innovation, customer service and more customer service. With my twenty-five years of experience producing over
2,000 weddings, with over 500 of them being Indian, I strive to build unique, customized themes around each event that I coordinate,
endeavoring to provide each client the distinct touch, feel and overall environment that will ensure that it remains in the memory for a
